Terms and conditions regards the sale of VOUCHERS Nailash
Paradise Company through the Internet or at the Nailash Paradise Academy in Drogheda Town.
Vouchers are offered for sale exclusively on the site or in the Nailash Paradise Academy in Drogheda Town.
Vouchers can not be issued in any offices, ticket offices or travel agencies.
By registering on the website www.nailashparadise.com you can submit your order and pay for the voucher.
The voucher can be purchased by a bank card (please check our website for the list of bank cards that are accepted by Nailash Paradise by the company) and by cash at the Nailash Paradise Academy in Drogheda Town.
The nominal of vouchers is expressed in Euro.
The user can not refuse the voucher from the moment of purchase.
The voucher has to be used in full to the value in one complete purchase.
Use of the voucher:
1. Vouchers are valid only once for the purchase of any beauty treatments offered at the Nailash Paradise Academy.
2. If the total cost of the service is more than the value of the voucher, the missing amount is paid by the user.
3. In the opposite case, if the value of the voucher exceeds the cost of the service in the Beauty Salon, the balance of the nominal value can be used for subsequent purchases at the Nailash Paradise Academy store. The monetary equivalent of the residual value of the voucher is not paid!!!
4. All vouchers are valid for bearer within 3 (three) month from the date of purchase.
5. In the case of a voucher received as a gift, a customer has 3 (three) month from vouchers purchase date to present a voucher for a beauty treatment(s) at the Nailash Paradise Academy. Appointment should be made (by phone) for the beauty treatment(s) within 3 (three) month from the date when voucher has been purchased. Treatment date not to exceed 3 (three) months from vouchers purchase.
6. If Nailash Paradise Academy in Drogheda has not been contacted (by phone) regards appointments within 3 (three) month from the date of purchase, then based on T&C regards expiration date of the voucher, unused voucher is deemed not valid.
7. Nailash Paradise company is not responsible for any mistakes made by the user when registering and purchasing a voucher at www.nailashparadise.com or at the Nailash Paradise Academy in Drogheda.
8. Nailash Paradise company does not hold responsibility for damage caused to the user by third parties, in case if the voucher was lost or stolen.
9. Any service or treatment in the Nailash Paradise Academy is carried out only after presentation of the voucher and not vice versa.
10. In addition to the above Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions of Nailash Paradise apply.
