Top Coat - Bombay Eye no wipe 10ml

This top coat has two effect depending on base of your manicure. This top coat can create a veil cat eye effect with gray shade if applied after base coat or it can make a strong and vibrant cat eye effect if applied to black gel polish.  The effect created by raising magnet over the layer.
